“Very unhappy with my order for the 48A toners (2 black) when I put the second one in printer half of the page prints SOLID BLACK. I sent an e-mail asking for a replacement and no one has responded. Today I had to go buy a toner locally because I prepare income taxes and this is my busy time of the year. Very disappointed. Afraid to open the 414X 4 pcs color toners that I ordered, will I have issues with one of them also?
