“i received your product but the black ink cartridge will not work,The printer will not recognize the cartridge. it says it is empty, I can not get printer to work, very disappointed,”

“This drum was obviously used and produced copies worse than the drum it was replacing. I immediately contacted Inktonerstore with the problem and they refunded me the entire amount. I applaud their response, but did have to order another drum from another source, delaying a very important mailer by 9 days. Happy with their Customer Service, very disappointed in their product.”
