“One of the things that was not clear was that the user had to pry the minuscule circuit boards off the old cartridge and place them on the new one. The explanation was lacking enough detail.
Not only that, but after 800 prints, my black cartridge already registers as "low."

“I sent a message about a week ago and never got a response. The cartage will not work in my machine HP Officejet Pro 8715. Need to send it back for a credit/ advise the process.”
“Corrupted my computer. Had to have someone come here who is computer/printer savvy get my computer to work without the yellow. My computer and the printer have a question mark on the yellow log because the chip in the ink cartridge is NOT compatible with my printer. Would like to get my money back. Thank God I did NOT install the black cartridge!”
“Hello. I was intending to reach out to you all. This is Mia from Educare Preschool. I am the administer that ordered the ink. I am very displeased with our purchase. The cartridge did not have clear instructions on it other than pull or remove the tape on the side. I had to figure out how to disconnect them from the packaging before using them. I pulled the tape which I wasn't sure would stop so I ended up cutting the side. The first few copies were great then it got blurry and grainy. I took the cartridge out again and re-inserted it. It did not work so I gave up. I am only using the black one. You can contact us if I am doing something wrong. Thanks.”
