“I replace the ink cartridge in the printer. I print some documents and then I was told no ink. I wiggle the ink cartridge itself and now it is fine. I am not sure when it will happen again and what to do?”
“I own a small business & I finally installed the cartridge I bought several months ago all kinds of excited to have 2 waiting in the wings when I have no extra cash to print a ream of labels for 3 weeks from now. I have been through MANY sheets of labels and as I keep printing the left side of the sheet clears up to be useful. The right side is crystal perfect. This is now a consistent pattern that I can say it is the cartridge and not the printer (that too has been gone over). I would appreciate a reply back so that this situation can be resolved. I want to return both cartridges, although I would like to try the second one. I am extremely disappointed.”
“The color cartridge was REGETTED by my computer, the black cartridge is OK. My contract with HP is VOID because of your cartridges. I guess that I m NOT happy. I am asking for a replacement for the color cartridge at a minimum. I really would like to send both cartridges back for a full refund because of the loss a my warranty but I should have known better, shame on me !!!”
