“The colors are totally off. Red is yellow, lavender/purple is blue, sometimes the colors on one line of print will be shaded and/or fade away completely. Also, on a black and white print, there are red smear marks. Disastrous. Had to change back to regular HP toners for good color.”
“After installing cartridges the prints started to come out with thick horizontal yellow lines. Got to look for a replacement cartridge urgently. Never again will I order from this seller.”
“I clicked on toner for hp colarlaaerjet 1600. I received something else. I was told it was my mistake, but they did take it back. They asked if I opened or took out the plastic from a cartridge, I said yes on one of four. They said they would take out $9.00 so I said ok. Looks like $23.00 to me. So I have to say honesty is not there.”

“I received the product from you very quickly, which I was pleased. I removed the plastic packing strip before I loaded the toner into the printer. When I attempted to load the toner, it spilled everywhere in our office area, including on my clothing. Apparently, the dial was turned wide open when I attempted to load into our printer. I did not turn the dial when removing the plastic packing strip. I had loaded two other toner cartridges two days before without incident. Needless to say, I was not very happy with the situation.”
“This ink cartridge will not work in my HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One copier. I put it in and it still says the cartridge on the left needs to be replaced. I want them picked up and refunded on my credit card.
