“Not sure I will order from inktonerstore again. We recently purchased the Compatible Brother TN850 Toner & DR820 Drum 10 pack. The written description leads you to believe there are ten of each. When I received the shipment there was 8 Toners (TN850) and two Drums (DR820). I contacted inktonerstore,',s customer service on the phone. The person I was speaking with told I needed to look at the picture on the web site because it show the 8 toners and the 2 drums. Since when do you after shop looking at pictures”
“I have noticed that unlike the toner I purchased directly from the copy repair service, this toner is more messy and leaks a bit. Some of the copies have come out with smudges and I have had to clean the machine additionally and more often.”

“The mold of the toner cartridge did not match the model of my Dell 3100cn printer. I had to saw off one of the small extensions on the plastic cartridge to make it fit. It was very disappointing, though It may have still worked, but it probably wasn't the ultimate problem. The printer is likely shot for other reasons. Thanks anyway.”
