The shipment was returned to your company because nobody received it at my place, and UPS returned it. So, I called your customer service and asked them to ship it out to me again noting that no signature is required for the shipment...! Still, I have not received my toner as of yet.

“After about 5 months and 150 copies, All four of the toner cartridges started streaking the copies and then spewing toner all through the machine. I ended up having to through out the printer I installed the cartridges in.”
