“These off-brand cartridges shouldn’t be sold to replace DELL cartridges. I used the cyan cartridge, it leaked so bad, the blue dust is on all inside the printer, on the printed pages and on the other cartridges. I am very disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend it.”
“The first black print cartridge I received for my Dell 3130cn printer was printing very lightly as though the ink was low. I called customer service about the problem and they sent me another black print cartridge. This one prints darker than the first one they sent but, it is not as dark as the original Dell Black Cartridge. I may have to live with this one. Hopefully, as we use it, the print will darken up.”
“The indicated cartridge has been blocked by the printer firmware because they obtain a non-HP chip. Only the Magenta cartridge is not working, the other three are fine. Thanks”
“The cartridge works just fine, however, periodically the copies do not print completely. I have to remove the cartridge and then shake it, apparently to redistribute the toner. This works for 25-50 copies and then has to be repeated.”

The shipment was returned to your company because nobody received it at my place, and UPS returned it. So, I called your customer service and asked them to ship it out to me again noting that no signature is required for the shipment...! Still, I have not received my toner as of yet.
