“My Canon Color Image Class printer kept giving me the message that a non-Canon counterfit cartridge had been inserted. The message stated that it "can't display the amount left in the cartridge correctly and that any problems are not covered under warranty". However, with a reset, it now displays just fine but the print color is not as good as the original Canon cartridges.”
“The product is visibly broken and as such will not install into my hp LaserJet P3005x. I no longer have any of the shipping information so I simply ate the 30 odd dollars which was spent on this debacle. You have taught me an important lesson, keep all boxes and shipping information until any product is installed and used successfully multiple times.”
“The company is great about getting my orders to me quickly, within a day or two. I have purchased these toner cartridges twice before and they worked just as well as the name brand I was purchasing for 3 or 4 times the price. However, I just opened and inserted a new one last week and it is not performing as well as I'd like. It is printing very lightly as if it's almost out of ink already. I've taken the cartridge out and shook it and put it back in but it didn't improve. I even adjusted the printer settings to print darker, but it was to no avail. I hope the second one in my order works better than this one.”
