“We installed the drum unit for a Xerox Centre 4260 according to the instructions on the internet. Now the printer, copier, and scanner with not work. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.”
“I've been in correspondence with Jaime Nicholson a few times about this matter. I'm waiting for an address return label so I can return these ink toner cartridges & so my account can be credited.
Long story short, the product is correct, but my printer comes up with an error to replace it with a new cartridge. (I did) !! I usually go with another company, so I've already reached out to them for replacements and I received them yesterday.
FYI my printer is Lexmark MS315dn
