“The toner cartridge that was sent to me was totally non compataible, not even close. It did not fit my printer, it was far to small. I had to go to the Brother website and reorder a replacment cartridge. I sent it back using UPS and it cost me $15.00. I would like a refund to my credit card.”
“My printer said to replace the drum unit. I did and my printer still says to replace the drum unit. I even tried unplugging the printer and restart. It still says to replace the drum unit.”
