“I have ordered ink/toner from this company several times. But this time the colors are off and I keep getting messages on the printer saying it's low ink and or it doesn't recognize the cartridge yet it still prints. Seems like it is refurnished or used. Not happy spending so much money for something that doesn't produce accurate color. (And our printer is new and we tried other ink and it works fine so I know it's this particular batch of ink) I also I returned ink for another printer that no longer works and was told I would get a credit. Never received it!”

“The black toner cart. I got was not showing any ink in it in the printer when I installed it, and it only printed about 6 pages before the printer wouldn't print anymore because it says it is empty.
I am not very pleased with your product.
Can you send me one with ink in it as soon as possible?
The printer refuses to print until I replace the "new" black cart. you sent me.

“I thought that by taking a chance on a pricey compatible version I will be okay ... it is not. My experience is horrible. The 2 toners out of 4 I already tried almost ruin my not so old brother printer. One was dirty, the other is totally not compatible - my printer would detect is as no ink. So I ended up buying the original. I tried calling the office several times but nobody was picking up the phone - sounds like "I've been ripped off".”
