“I am so disappointed in my order. It is probably my fault be cause I received the wrong ink cartridge ( 36 instead of 31) for an HP Envy-5530. sooo, I'm going to have to send the 63 back and reorder. I have a broken arm right now so that won't be easy”
“The Cartridge was in a plastic wrapper and that was full of Toner that got all over as you opened it.
Cartridge works fine---just a mess to work with out of the box.”
“the first ones you sent me were not compatible. Customer service confirmed i was sent the wrong thing and sent replacements. the replacements fit, but the printer did not recognize the cartridge so those didn't work either. Customer service was sympathetic, but did nothing. Needless to say, i won't be back. A $70 lesson.”
