“I ordered a set of 4 toner cartridges and an additional super sized black based on the label “Compatible Toner Cartridges for HP”. Upon receipt of these replacements, I installed them only to have the printer freeze with the announcement that non HP cartridges were detected and to remove and replace with correct ones. So I now have a pile of toner cartridges worthless to me to deal with. Thankfully, the printer kicked into gear when the ridiculously expensive HP toner cartridges were used. Compatible these non HP cartridges were not!”
“The printing was showing a white line right in the middle of the page, since this is a business and print insurance contracts and tax papers, We were not able to use it any longer.

“ORDERED 3 CARTRIDGES AND ALL THREE LEAKED. MADE TERRIBLE COPIES WITH BLACK SMUDGES ON TAX RETURNS. VERY DISAPPOINTED. REORDERED THROUGH BROTHER AND COPIES HAVE BEEN GREAT, NO SMUDGES. PROBABLY WILL NOT USE INKTONERSTORE AGAIN. SHOULD GET A REFUND OF MY ORDER.”
“Not sure if your problem or mine. Thought I had ordered PG 275 & 276 cartridges. Received the 245 version which does not fit in my printer. Did not notice and installed. Kept getting message to install correctly, not that they were incompatible. Therefore I opened and tried both slack cartridges before I noticed the problem.”
