“I have used them 2x so far, and their ability to wash my clothing of choice in permethrin has been a fantastic experience! I ALWAYS get bit by mosquitoes (never fails), but now I have the ability to fight back with my clothing, their clothing and their products! You can’t even tell the clothing has permethrin on it, but the ticks and mosquitoes can. So happy I found them. For me, Insect Shield is a life saver! One last thing, have them stamp and tag all clothing washed in permethrin. That way you know what battle gear to put on when you go out.❤️”

“Already been using treated clothes for years (Lyme is very serious my experience) so the sale on easy pack was a no brainer great value! Without overpacking I treated lots of garden clothes. Multiple pants, utility vests shirts, t shirts, knee hi sox and handkerchiefs. I buy the socks because its cheaper. Compare that with spray or cost of new clothes with IS and its no contest for me!”

*Disclaimer: to set review readers' expectations - I did get 4 mosquito bites this year. Two of which were through the treated clothing, and two were on my hands.
In years prior to the discovery of Insect Shield, I would be unable to count the number of mosquito bites in one day, let alone the whole trip.
Also, I rarely see ticks on the West Coast but I know they're becoming more of a concern, seeing how effective Insect Shield is with mosquitos gives me peace of mind about harmful ticks.
