“I used to love and trust insect shield. I sent a package of clothes to them with their prepaid label. UPS confiscated it for fraud and only insect shield can retrieve it. They said they would and then ghosted me each time I called to get an update. Now I am out a bunch of my child's favorite clothes plus the cost of the insect shield and they have neither reimbursed me or obtained my clothes from UPS. Extremely disappointed to say the least. I don't know why they haven't followed up on getting the clothes back from UPS. I have envelopes to send additional clothes to them but am scared to because I can't afford for my clothes to disapper.”

“I think its terrific that Insect Shield has this service. I sent them two pairs of my pants to be treated. I needed to have something treated that I knew I was comfortable in. They came back with no change in feel or sizing. They even put a small Insect Shield tag inside so you remember which pants have been treated. I also bought the spray to spray my shoes. I use Insect Shield socks as well. Tick free so far this spring and summer.”
