Insect Shield Your Clothes - Per Piece Regular Items Reviews

Amazing! fast service and a great option. I took five of our regular hiking shirts and sent them in for treatment. Now we'll feel even better in them, knowing we have some protection against the ticks that are everywhere now.

I just purchased another pair of women’s Insect Shield pants …. I needed a second pair to leave at my other house up north Wi. I have Insect Shield’s other clothing too — The diseases ticks can transmit can be serious — & seeing as I am an outdoor nature enthusiast- esp being in Wisconsin where ticks are SO PREVALENT- I wear Insect Shield clothes top to bottom so I don’t have the anxiety of having a tick bite me = instead, I can fully enjoy being outdoors & relax!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSECT CLOTHES …!!! They “work” …. Protect yourself …& family/loved ones & your pets … Makes a good gift too!!!

this is my second batch of clothes. quick turn around time and so far no ticks and im in the worst place on the east coast for lone stars, deer ticks so that's saying a lot about the product. I plan on doing a batch in fall and a batch in spring every year as its cheap insurance compared to the multiple tick diseases that are very prevalent in my area

Getting the clothes professionally treated is so much easier and longer lasting than spray-it-yourself. Tucking the pant legs into the socks and wearing long sleeve shirts - zero chiggers, even when venturing into high grass. While chiggers are merely a maddening annoyance, where chiggers live, there are ticks as well that carry disease. I only spray-it-myself for the tent floor and sides (Insect Shield does not treat non-clothing items.

Despite use of other approaches (tucking pants in socks, using double sided tape, applying DEET, doing tick checks, etc.), I kept getting bitten by ticks. Now I have numerous outfits and treated coveralls that I have incorporated into my daily attire for farming, gardening, and hiking. It's been very helpful for me to have a plan for preventing tick bites that is highly effective and easy to implement.
