“This is a very beautiful fragrance it is very unique and very complex it is definitely rose and oud. I have to disagree with anyone who says this smells like a new car because it doesn't however it is a unique kind of smell that can be off putting if you don't know what you are purchasingUpdate: i grew to hate it sorry, it smells like something my great great grandma would wear funny enough i actually caught her using it. “I always watch Youtube reviews on colognes before I buy since you don't really have a way of knowing what its going to smell like. It's a good trade-off. In department stores the selection is limited and expensive, which means not only are you going to smell like every guy out there chasing the popular brand colognes but you're overpaying as well.I've had very good luck with the Armaf scents and they're always reasonably priced, smell good and last long. I was looking for something unique that I could use for formal occasions that required a jacket, etc;. This scent Shades Wood is A1 perfect, this is not your wear to work or everyday in the grocery store kind of scent. It smells expensive and the complexities leave impressions of class and sophistication. It's slightly sweet but not too overpowering, I'll leave the comparisons to cheese, wood and fruit to the Youtubers but this is definitely a put on a clean shirt kind of scent. Most importantly this is a ONE SQUIRT cologne any more than that and you risk setting off the fire sprinklers. Lasts for days, still smell it plainly on shirts I wore from days ago. Shades Wood is a very nice addition to my collection, I will be repurchasing when I run out.”
