As others have said, this smells remarkably similar to Aventus. I have the 14K01 batch and it is hard to tell the difference UNTIL you look at sillage and longevity. CDNI projects decently for an hour or two and it's a skin scent for 3-5 hours. Aventus, is a monster and projects for 6 hours easily and I can still it on my skin for 12+ hours. I have both. I wear both. Aventus is just for "special ocassions" considering the price. I'm glad I have found this, as it will extend the life of my $300+ cologne considerably.Just to follow up, the scents are similar but you CAN sense the superior ingredients in Aventus, but to the untrained nose - it's hard to differentiate the two.

Where to start? For starts, I'm not a shill for Armaf haha. I just happen to think they make quality colognes for price. They make clones and I accept it so move on if you're looking for complete originality. I own around 8 fragrances from Armaf and no regrets on my purchases. Now for Club de Nuit Intense Man, I'm thoroughly impressed by this little gem. I've owned 6 bottles of this so this should say something. I've reccommended this to many people who have bought it off my suggestion. No complaints yet so I guess that's a good thing. I've owned a bottle of Creed Aventus (batch number - A42B10K04) from a few years back. I've also owned almost every clone of Aventus that is on the market. This includes Glenn Perri Unpreddictable Adventure, Insurrection 2 Pure and Illum Dean Fresco. I've smelled Bond No 9 Scent of Peace, Lomani AB Spirit Silver, Armaf iDivo, Armaf Tres Bon, Afnan Silver Supremacy and Al Dur Al Maknoon Silver Lattafa.I've got some experience with this scent. This does a better job in my personal opinion than all the fragrances mentioned. Yes, even more than Afnan SS as hard as that is to believe. Glenn Perri does a decent job but there is a really synthetic ashy note in it that plays in the background through the whole life of the cologne. It is definitely better than Insurrection and Fresco. Insurrection has a sweet metallic vanilla note that is prominent through most its life with poor sillage and longevity. Fresco is just the worst of the bunch with a really mossy finish with almost no fruit after the first minute. Definitely has the WORST performance.I made a review on Youtube on Armaf CdNi along with another video of CdNi vs other clones. I will have to reupload it later on Youtube. I found out about this cologne in my search for an Aventus clone during winter of 2014. Yes, I have known about this for over a year way before it got any attention. I felt selfish for keeping it my little secret! Eventually somebody would figure it out, right?!This starts off with a blast of lemon unlike Aventus' pineapple note. A sharp lemon is also complimented by a peppery note. The opening of this fragrance isn't my favorite part but every 5 wears or so I do get a nice "fruit punch" (fruity batch Z01) smell for the first 5 minutes. I will say this though, this does smell like Aventus on someone else but if you directly smell it on your skin then it does have a more lemon dominant smell. Just spray this on a friend and let them walk by you and you'll be shocked on how it smells Aventus. After 20-30 minutes this is where the magic happens. The lemon note then turns more into a pineapple husk with smoke/slight earthiness. Very masculine yet alluring. The cologne then turns pretty much into Aventus on the dry down. The ambergris comes out a little with a nice sweet and soft salty smell in the background. It stays this way for the rest of the life of the cologne. A slight peppery smoke citrus blend. The performance on this cologne could be a little better but in comparison to Creed Aventus it's apparent that this won't be on par with longevity. CdNi does have good projection the first 30 minutes but keeps a really nice sillage for a couple hours. This will last as long as 5 hours on skin and longer on clothes. Sometimes, I've smelled this on my shirt the next day. It's kinda spotty to be honest. As far as compliments go?? Well this is the BEST compliment getter I've owned right next to Creed Aventus. The only cologne that comes remotely in 2nd place is the infamous Abercrombie Fierce. Hate it or love it but it does the job and smells good (overplayed I know). This beats it by twice amount of compliments/attention. People don't smell this in the general population so it lures people in. I've completely been bias towards this cologne because I know I will more than likely get at least one GREAT compliment when I go out. My 60 other frags are getting jealous! Women LOVE this and I've NEVER had one negative comment on CdNi.I actually went to Neiman Marcus Creed table to test this out on a Creed employee. Well sure enough they thought it was Aventus! I felt like a million bucks haha, no but seriously a trained professional couldn't even tell the difference. She took my wrist two times and smiled with a nice compliment. She has NO IDEA this was a $30 clone. If that says anything...Overall this will be my Aventus alternative. With Creed being so inconsistent with their batches, why not just get something that will be consistent and won't break the bank. I can buy over 12 bottles of this for one 4 oz bottle of Aventus. The performance is spotty but it's so inexpensive, just buy 2 bottles.Scent - 9/10Longevity - 7.5/10Sillage - 8/10Projection - 8/10Package - 8/10Bottle - 8/10Compliments - 10/10Availability - 5/10Originality - 4/10Price - 9/10
