“I bought this a little after L'Aventure. This was outlasted, outcomplimented, and (in my opinion) outclassed by Al Haramains L'Aventure. That being said, I would've ran that bottle dry if it hadn't broken on me 1/2 way through it's life. The character of this scent was like a rollercoaster drop into an inner tube on a lazy river. The first 30 minutes are very "in your face" citrus. I like it, but it smells like they used "chemically manufactured lemons" That's the best way I can describe it. After the "chemical lemon" opener is done punching faces, I forget what it actually smells like now. I do remember having to bring the bottle with me because it won't make it longer than 3 hours. I've had days it seemed like it make it 2 hours. All things considered, I would be willing to revisit this scent in the future... with a reformulation.”
“This was a blind purchase and the scent is neither great nor terrible. I do think this scent is more suitable for the fall and winter rather than the summer but it could be worn during the summer. Overall, I see more of a resemblance with Creed Aventus but this is more "smoky" like most of the reviews say.”
“To me it doesn’t last 12+ hrs, just around 7 or 8 hrs is more true, but smells great, opening is more lemon than adventus but after a hr it’s pretty close to it , I recommend it”
“This is a great cologne. Very close to Aventus, but as others have said it's not as well rounded and smooth as Aventus. However, well rounded is not worth $300.This stuff is STRONG and projects heavily, so 1-2 sprays is plenty. It lasts all day and I've had people still compliment me on it 12 hours later. You will receive a lot of compliments from this cologne. However, make sure to wait about half an hour before leaving the house to let the strong artificial lemon scent wear off as others have mentioned. That's the only downside to the scent.Definitely worth the money.”
“The first time I bought this...I got a lot of compliments on the scent. These last couple of bottles still smell good...but don't project like it use to.”
