“Well, I don’t know much about Creed, but this smells good. Manly. Haven’t had it long, but have asked what people thought and it was well received. My only issue, after about 6.5 hours, it’s not very strong. Now that’s probably normal, but just keep that in mind.”
“I didn't think it would be anything like creee aventus. I currently use 19P-11 batch. At the start, they're nothing alike. The initial smell of this is actually quite repugnant to me, honestly. Smells very synthetic, think of a blast of citrus, with a sour smell, not good at all. However, once the dry down is done, it really does smell similar. To the untrained nose, you won't be able to tell the difference. But if you're used to aventus, you'll be able to tell the difference. Aventus is expensive, like 10 times more expensive. This could be used in every day scenarios to conserve aventus. But it's definitely NOT a replacement.”
“I am not a fragrance gourmet. I do have both Creed Avectus and Armaf Club De Nuit Intense. To my untrained nose they are about 85 or 90 percent the same the Amal doesn't last as long, but it does bring compliments and is often mistaken for the Creed.Unless you need that extra 10 to 15 percent, it is a good buy. If you prefer that extra Creed subtlety and have the money to spare, go with the origional.”
