“Really enjoyed our stay here, the house was very clean, Marietta and Edward were wonderful. We loved their time with us. Overall the property was great, one thing I would change is to add an additional step to the beach or a hand rail, not easy to climb up the stairs from the beach for older people”

“House was just ok, but clean. Manager was a no show for our 12 day stay. Maybe we just had bad luck with the septic plugged and the water being off for half a day but was frustrating. Unreal views and sunsets. The Chef and cleaning ladies were top notch. They both made our stay and made us feel welcome. Super friendly.”

“This house was more beautiful than the pictures. The kids loved the pool, and swam everyday. We didn’t go far from the Villa as we had everything we needed there. Maria the Chef is amazing even our picky kids loved the food. Mariette kept the place sparkling everyday and was such a pleasure to chat with. It felt like a home away from home minus the work. Beautiful Villa and excellent staff.”

“We had a fabulous time and would recommend the villa. However the little lane down to the villa is a bit hairy for vehicles. Once in the villa all forgotten. Maria and Maryette looked after us so well. Food was lovely and villa kept clean. We would have liked umbrellas on the pool deck and there are only 3 nice sun beds. The other 3 were plastic. We loved the pool and the sunsets were amazing viewed from the pool deck. The electric shades around the under cover area were brilliant so we could sit out at night and no bugs. Would have liked a mirror in the master bedroom on the dressing table. Overall though we had a fabulous time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the villa.”

“If you can, spend your vacations at Radwood Beach House 1. Its location is absolutely perfect, the house amenities are complete and the house it self is gorgeous. I also want to give a special thumb up to June, our Chef, for her delicious meals and to CJ who kept our villa nice and clean throughout our whole stay. A 100% perfect vacation experience!”

“Our group of six, all in our mid-late thirties, had such an amazing trip and this villa was a big part of that. June, our cook, and our housekeeper, made our trip extra special...we felt so spoiled! Location of villa is good, you are close enough to main attractions and the grocery store and a few restaurants are within walking distance. The beach right outside the villa does have a bit of coral so not really swim-able, but we were still able to enjoy the sand and the views, plus, there are a ton of beaches nearby you will want to explore. The bus will pick up and drop off right outside the villa, which was also super convenient. The villa is clean and we really took advantage of the patio leading out to the beach. I cannot say enough good things about the villa and we will definitely be back again!”
