“Ski concierge is not convenient. Gloves have no way to dry. Breakfast and onsen is good. The route to family ski lift is not comfortable.”

“Our room was fantastic, huge actually, great view, perfect location, excellent ski valet. But cold breakfast in bento boxes was awful. We tried twice then never ate them again in our 14 night stay.”

“Rooms were lovely. Great location. Ski valets were excellent. Onset brilliant. Breakfast was average. Would have also liked a bar and better dining option at the hotel.”
