“Apartment was very spacious and well appointed and located centrally to Sakka lifts. We were on the ground floor and the noise from the apartment above was considerable - obviously very thin ceilings and we felt as though the family above was in our apartment! The Master Bedroom and bathroom could have done with some towel hooks or hanging rails as no where to hang towels. TV not working and very difficult to hook up to Apple TV - detailed usage instructions would have been great. Would be good to offer a basic supermarket shop for arrival so that necessities are stocked on arrival.”

“These apartments are in a fantastic location. Great size warm room for our 2 families. Ample of room in the apartment itself. The fitout and equipment in the apartment was ample and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.”

“Beautiful apartment but would definitely recommend hiring a car. It is a bit hard to get places and sometimes taxis can be a 45 minute wait.”

“Accommodation is well located and serviced Manager - friendly and helpful, and very accommodating at check-in. Issues raised on previous visits - TV/Apple TV - issues with channels and connectivity Drafts throughout apartment due to poor door/window seals No internal access to balcony - snow blower parked across doorway to keep out of weather”

“The apartment was suitable for our family of 11 except for the third double bedroom which had a bed jammed against the wall so you could only get out on one side. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and when we requested a mattress topper or similar nothing was available.”
