“Very easy to grill. I’m disabled, so my husband cooks for us. It’s a huge help to have the patties already made.
I also need the red meat in my diet for the B-12 (neurological issues), and I refuse to eat ground beef/hamburger because gristle, fat and bone slivers are mixed in with it-yech! Not so with the bison and elk burgers. Finally, I’m allergic to erythromycin, the main antibiotic given to cows—no wonder that I have trouble with beef and don’t like it! Again, not so with Jackson Hole Buffalo Meat Company’s bison and elk burgers.”
“As always my overall experience with Jackson Hole meets is excellent. The food always arrives on time and is packaged neatly and still frozen. The quality and service as well as the taste are top of the line. I wish I had more freezer room to put all of their products. May be time to buy an additional freezer for their meets are the best I’ve ever tried. Will be ordering more in the month ahead. It’s a great time to stock up.”
