“Is the only one that I can eat but, in general, the flavour of the plenny pots is not so good because its taste is like a bad quality food. Nutritionally are ok, but not as a plenny shake (even when a plenny shake lower on protein in my opinion, but its fine); hopefully in a future the taste will be better!”

“Shake the bag really well and take the scoop to get the powder from the very bottom of the bag. It's creamy and quite filling. If you add oil and salt, you can improve the taste, and if you leave it a little longer than the five minutes, the consistency will be better.”
