“I like Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and am eating/drinking it more regularly. However there are still a lot of issues with it:
- It tastes bad. I've gotten used to, but I don't look forward to eating/drinking it.
- It's difficult to guage how much to use for each meal. A Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake bag should be separated by meal
- There is no easy way to mix it (without a blender),”

So, until now I had two orders. Both were delayed for different reasons but the support was friendly in telling me after I asked. I hope this will be smoothed out in the future when everything is working with more routine.
For the taste, I would be happier if the different tastes would be less intense and perhaps one version without any taste would be good. But I got used to it as it is now.
I also had to get used to the texture. At first I had real problems drinking it, because the texture was so unfamiliar. But after I drank only little sips from time to time, I got used to it.
So all in all I'm satisfied and drink Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake regularly.”

Unfortunately my next order was disappointing - It had husks in it, the mixture would separate after a few minutes.
I complained about this batch and was sent a large shipment of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake completely free! I was informed by customer service that they may have switched supplier for one of the ingredients in the mean time.
