“I have ordered 16 days ago and still have not received my order. I gave up my correct address with the order but my apartment number was not passed on to the courier.
The customer service tells me nothing and only thanks me for my patience. Terrible service.”

Absolutely not the first experience we wanted for you of course and I understand how this became a frustrating situation with us having to await a response from a third party. Checking back on everything, I see the case was closed with the chargeback you did through the payment processor being accepted from our end.
The issue that made for this situation through, was not because of us, the apartment number was not entered with the order details and we had to chase the carrier for that, which unfortunately was not picked up on their end in the right way. Things like this can happen, and we would usually be able to sort things after the fact. Here, that was unfortunately not the case and for that we are sorry.
We of course hope you allow us a second chance with a future order, but we would understand if this has put you off completely as well.

“The shake itself is pretty good, and I love the amount of nutrients it has! Unfortunately I probably won't get Jimmy Joy again. While there are some sustainability measures the company focuses on, social sustainability is important to me as well (for instance, whether the resources that make the product were farmed by farmers who are paid fairly with a safe work environment). I also saw that the package was shipped via Amazon shipping. I cannot support any company that uses Amazon for their process.”
