Plenny Shake v3.0 Vanilla Reviews

4.5 Rating 792 Reviews
I have been having the banana flavour for my lunch. At first I found it rather powdery, so reduced subsequent shakes to just one scoop. It's been much easier to reduce the lumps as a result. It tastes good and I love the convenience combined with the fact I am getting all the nutrients I need.

My husband and I both tried nutritious meal replacement shakes before, him because he struggles to get enough calories in during a day and me because I was struggeling to maintain a balanced diet while taking care of our child, the job and the house. We tried ready-to-drink shakes from another brand and thought we got THE solution. To save money and plastic we tried the powder version of the brand but were very disappointed. We hesitated to try another brand but stumbled across Jimmy Joys Plenny shakes now. I tried not to have too high expectations but Jimmy Joy didn't disappoint. We tried the banana flavor and appreciate the oaty more natural taste. My mother tries to eat more balanced and tried the shakes: after taking two shakes (on two different days) she said it wasn't hard on her stomach but even improved her digestion tremendously. Long story short: a starter box is on the way and we are looking forward to trying more flavors and the Plenny bars. A little wish: it would be nive to try the different plenny shake flavours without needing to commit to a full bag, maybe some trial packs would be nice..

Good texture and taste. But after 10 meals my stomach still hasn't adjusted and gets bloated and growls for hours resulting in unpleasant bathroom breaks. :(

Bought a few bags to try it out as a quick, yet nutritious breakfast. It's certainly fast and easy to make, and simple to experiment with different amounts of almond/soy milk + water. It tastes okay. Vanilla and banana are neutral enough you don't get sick of it, but I definitely don't recommend mango (although I like it in most other things). Anyway, if you're looking for a quick and nutritious replacement to a meal, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

So, we now have gotten Pistachio! My goodness, that's a whole lot of flavour! Mix it with some yochurt and fresh fruit and you've got yourself a breakfast to die for! Or my personal favourite: mix 1 scoop pistachio with 1 scoop chocolate with coconut milk and a shot espresso. That's a whole 'nother wake-up call! Can't wait to also try out the newest taste!

Love to drink the strawberry shake throughout the day when I have a busy office day. The shake, together with a few ice cubes, is also a great snack in the summer.
