“I have the plenny shakes for lunch and they’ve done wonders for my eating habits as they keep me full so I don’t snack during the afternoon and I eat much healthier meals in the evening. The flavours are all delicious as well. My favourite is definitely pistachio. Then banana. My boyfriend has been having them too even though he was reluctant at first because he’s a fitness fanatic but when he saw the ingredients he was impressed by just how many nutrients they have.”

“I have used Jimmy Joy since it was first released under the name Joylent. I think it was the best of its kind back then. But today it is even better. Back in the day it was more thick with clumps. Today it is smooth like a milk shake.
I think most of the taste variants are decent. Personally I have stuck to the chocolate variant for 90% of the time. Well, I like chocolate as a flavor. But on top of that I feel it taste the most natural, where the others can be a bit on the artificial side.
I had a break with a depression where I gained a lot of weight. Now I am back eating Jimmy Joy 3 times pr. day 2000 calories and exercising. It is easy to calorie control that way, and I have lost 6 kg so far, and I am not really tired of Jimmy joy yet, and if I am, I can always eat something else.
They also added lower GI over the years, replaced their bad sugar with oats, and added probiotics. They kept improving and that is great.
It is quick, cheap, taste good, and easy to calorie control.
I hope this company keeps staying strong so I can keep buying my product I have used for years.”
