“The tail lights arrived with damage from shipping and they were the wrong part. They advertised it would fit my truck and it did not. I returned the tail lights but they only refunded less than half of the purchase price. Very very unsatisfied customer.”
“FedEx did a very unsuccessful job on delivering the tail lights I ordered even after I spoke to the customer service department, they only made one attempt to deliver and told me they would receiver the next day and never showed up, and then absolutely no reply text or phonecard what so ever, then sent the package all the way back to New Jersey from here in California. I placing the blame completely on FedEx, hopefully I can get a full refund.
Update.. this company won't respond to any of my text messages .. W.T.F...????”
