“If you "are constantly trying to improve your performance" like you day, then you need to make sure the customer ACTUALLY RECEIVES THE MERCHANDISE. I am wondering if this is a legit company or a scam. I ordered a tail light cover and never received it. When I contacted the company, they told me to file a claim with my postal service. Small town, and I personally know them all. That package was never received. Period. I am filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. Do not order from JP Auto, they do not have any sort of customer service at all.”
““Guaranteed fit” for my 08 Avalon but it’s not since some avalons of this model have HID headlights. Entering your vehicle shouldn’t trigger “guaranteed fit” if that’s not the case. There should be another indication to double check your model with the VIN to be more accurate. This may be partially my mistake for not checking more thoroughly but advertising guaranteed fit is misleading.”
