“I paid $170 for the item. But never got it . I reached out to the customer service about it , and was completely brushed off by them. They insisted that it been delivered which it possibly was but not to received by me. Only the run around by them and the shipping company as whom is responsible for the solution to make this issue correct. I would not recommend buying anything from them . Sorry but do something to make it right to me. Cause at this point I'm out money and can't even drive my vehicle”
“I had a very frustrating experience with this company. One of the two headlights I purchased was defective, and although I was told a replacement would ship the next business day, over a month later I still have no tracking information or confirmation that it has even been sent.
I’ve followed up multiple times and received vague responses, including being told my order was likely “missed,” with promises of a tracking number that never came. Communication has been inconsistent and unreliable.
Meanwhile, the delay has caused additional issues—rainwater is getting into my headlight, repeatedly burning out my bulbs and costing me extra money out of pocket.
Overall, the lack of follow-through, accountability, and communication has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend based on this experience.”
“Initially thought I was scammed because of a short delay and lack of contact info other than a message. However, they did send an initial email then eventually the tracking info. I did receive the part as ordered. I would use them again”
