The plugs would not work I had to use the old one the new ones would not lock in the plug

The back of the mirror wasn’t made with good seal so it whines and you can hear the high pitch whine when driving horribly annoying

The headlights fit perfectly. The problem I had was they were supposed to come with the bulbs. Imagine my disappointment when there were no bulbs! The company blamed the manufacturer and that may be the case,but ultimately it should be JP Auto that should make sure the customer is sold what is represented. They did offer me a $20 credit to keep them. So I'm afraid I can not recommend them, JP Auto.

The right side of the front of the bumper came off . Disappointed in what i received . And I can’t get a refund for it so thanks

JP Auto customer service is EXCELLENT. But not this Grill. I wish they carried another brand other than YCC for my E450, but they didn't. This one had an area with aberrations that was cosmetically unacceptable. But there were other problems too. Along the edge where the chrome meets meets the plastic the edge was not well sealed, so you knew bubbling would occur over time as mosture worked its way in. That is what happened to OEM grill after six years, but this one it would occur even faster.
