Not as the original light. Different harness and different wire. 10 times explained on email with customer service nothing resolved. At end buy another harness from Toyota then light works. Paid to JP AUTO then Toyota the LOCAL MECHANIC. So light becomes 3-4 times expensive. And also headache 2 weeks

I am very disappointed with your customer service. I purchased a new bumper, but the wrong bumper was shipped to me. I requested a return because the item I received is not the one I ordered, yet I am being asked to pay for the return shipping. I do not understand why I should be responsible for the return shipping costs when the mistake was made by your company. Since you sent the wrong item, I believe you should provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for the correct bumper to be shipped to me at no additional cost.

The part was never received. No phone to call and emails were never responded to. Buy elsewhere!

I bought both tail light assemblies because my left rear tail light assembly melted right where the bulb goes in. I removed the old melted assembly and tried to install the replacement. Two things here: the replacement has a ridge and a larger external rubber grommet that prevented the same fit as the original. I used a razor to trim off the ridge, and initially installed it without the larger rubber grommet. But I removed it and put the grommet back on. Long story short: leave the bulb installed in the assembly, screw the nuts on, then attach the electrical harness to the bulb socket. I finally got it working.
