“This is defintley NOT for a 2014 VW Jetta. The power connector from this side view mirror is the compltley WRONG SIZE and will not connect into the Power connector in the door. Plus, the Side view mirror is smaller than what comes standard on my 20-14 VW Jetta”
“It came in Cracked and a little broken but I know it wasn’t their fault (fed ex). But they gave me a replacement with not a single charge. And it came in fast. They also have good communication for things like this.”
“The mirror was great but the customer service was not. I had a issue with getting the package through FedEx and when I was told to contact you to put in a lost package I was pretty much told or was my problem because it was delivered even though it was to a wrong address. My package was found”
