“They sent me the passenger side instead of the driver side I immediately attempted to reverse the order when they sent me a confirmation email with the wrong part on it I was told that could be done I had to wait and return it which I did two weeks ago and I'm still not gotten credit back for the charge”

“I have written this company 3 times, now 4 about my not receiving what I ordered for my 2005 Tahoe, the lights are wrong. I even sent a picture of the lights I ordered next to my factory lights, I don't know what you sent. I just wanted to return them for a refund. I have yet to hear anything. I won't be buying again you can bet on that.”
“The fit and finish is not good. Part was not manufactured to accommodate attachments that were on the truck. I had to remove an attachment in the middle of the mirror in order to apply the part. After I did that the mirror would fit on, but now the mirror shakes within the middle of the fixture.”
