I received the left taillight prior to receiving the right side which to me makes very little sense.. If the the lights are ordered in pairs then they in fact should ship in pairs.. When the right taillight assembly arrived I realized the box was very light in weight , although the taping has not been tampered with.. I of course opened the box only to find it empty other than some packing.. The following iday I notified customer service and was instructed to file a claim with USPS .. I informed the associate that I would not be ordering from JP Auto in the future..

Despite using my VIN to select the part, when the passenger side view mirror arrived, the bolts used to attach the mirror did not match the pattern required to attach to body. Return minus restocking fee. Why produce a mirror that you can't attach?

Beyond a terrible experience on all levels. They shipped me the incorrect part...TWICE! They told they would give me a full refund but then charged me a re-stocking fee for THEIR MISTAKE......TWICE. I received no fair resolution from JP AUTO and I tried with constant communication via email with their representatives. I finally realized they were just stringing me along and I had to go through my credit card company to get a full refund for THIER MISTAKE. I sure hope my credit card company put them in their place and I would not do business with them ever again.

Perfect fit to OEM, nice finish on lenses,only issue was that the plastic is thinner and more brittle than OEM and due to that one of the tabs broke off while installing. Otherwise happy with purchase.

I ordered from JPAuto because the part I needed was advertised to be delivered in 3 days. Amazon had the similar part for less money but could not deliver for 6-7 days. Upon placing the order, I was given the option to pay a 25% surcharge for the part to arrive in 2 days vice the 3 advertised which I did not select. Upon check out and payment, I received an email that the part would be arriving in 8-9 days vice the 3 days as advertised. The part itself was fine. The shipping timeline I found to be deceptive.

When l opened box a piece of plastic was broken off..that helps hold light on.

The taillights look great but do not connect to the bulb harness from the factory taillights. Not only will the taillights not function but it is impossible to contact JP auto to receive a full refund for the defective taillights. They appear to want to only return 2/3 of the purchase price for their defective part and I am unable to reach them to sort this problem.
