Had to returned, wrong part. Need to reorder

one of headlights would not adjust. it was pointed up in to the sky. My truck has auto adjust leveler so I gave it a few day to see if it would correct but it didnt. so i pull it off and tried to adjust it with the screw in the assembly. it only turned and turned would not adjust. I ordered anouther one . got it perty quick a few days, for the forth time I pulled the front grill and sides off. put the new one in. lined it up with no problem. asked for a refund for the one that would not adjust. got rejected. told me to take to a proficnal body shop. Like its rocket sience to install a headlight. this is the forth set ive replaced this year. In all over the years I have replaced dozens of sets. everybody knows I do it on the side. I wiil not buy from jp auto ever again. I tell my prospective coustomers not to buy from jp auto. they lost my bussness.

The lights didn’t match and I wanted to return or refund they didn’t even have connectors to attach on it to match the vehicle if I can be refunded I would gladly appreciate

I got what I ordered: I paid premium freight and received the part in three (3) days.

Never shipped my order and never responded to my emails. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card in order to get my money back.

. ONLY PROBLEM WAS DELAY ON DELIVERY perfect fit. only problem way delays in delivery by shipping company

Lights look good, packed with extra care. The fit of the light housings to the sheet metal is so poor that it really doesn’t make sense purchasing new lights
