The wrong product was shipped. My emails to address the problem received only scripted answers. My replacement order that I had to expedite was placed, but i took over 24 hours to ship, despite being ordered prior to the 10am deadline. The new shipment was due today and has not arrived on time from Fed Ex. Oh, and my subsequent emails have been ignored. To say this was an unpleasant experience is an understatement. I've worked in ecom in one fashion or another for over 20 years and I understand all of the problems that can occur when fulfilling orders. In this case almost everything that can go wrong did. The one thing you had total control over though was communicating with me. The communication was poor; questions weren't answered, canned answers were given in the place of actual information, and no thought was given to my buying experience. It's not too late to make it right though. How about an actual email that addresses anything I've mentioned?

Received tail lights pretty quick. Had a crack in right one notification was send to buyer no response put it on my truck anyway

Did not fit my 2010 Toyota Tacoma. Been waiting 2 weeks for my refund.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong part and the plug did not fit. This wasn't eligible for return even though I only took it out of the box to discover it wouldn't work. It is ridiculous that I can't return an unused item within 3 days of recieving.

Product was as advertised, not from stock as advertised. Paid $44 for shipping on 4/27. Not shipped until 5/1/24. FEDEX? THE CONFIRMATION CAME BACK WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS. I TRIED FOR 5 DAYS TO CONTACT JP AUTO NO RESPONSE, NO PHONE NUMBER, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE. JUST UPDATES EVERYDAY, FOR 9 DAYS. FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE WASN'T ANY BETTER. I KEPT EMAILING JP AUTO NO RESPONSE THAT THEY NEED TO CONTACT FEDEX TO CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS, GOT NOTHING. I HAD TO WAIT IN THE RAIN, AT A STRANGE ADDRESS TO GET PACKAGE. NEVER AGAIN, I WILL TELL THE 40,00 TEACHERS IN NJ NOT TO USE THEM.

My driver side mirror when it finally arrived after it was delayed. I open the package and back of the mirror was disconnected. I had to snap it back in.
