“The delivery was done in a decent timeframe, but the box never reached my front door. I was sent a FedEx link that showed my package had arrived at an undisclosed FedEx locker. Neither FedEx's customer service in person or on the phone, nor JPAuto's customer service was able to help locate the the package. To this day, I still have not recieved my tail light, nor a refund for the package I did not recieve. I was forced to order the tail light from a different, more expensive, website. I would NOT reccomend this company.”
