“I found out after receiving the headlight that I needed a HID headlight, not a Halogen. However, since the return period was 30 days, the company would not accept the headlight back, even with a discount. The package is still unopened. I am stuck with a worthless product. VERY DISAPPOINTED with return policy.”
“I ordered this Halogen model headlamp assembly by mistake (mine is the HID Xenon). Informed the company. They authorized a return and charged me a $30.00 fee which I felt was fair considering the large item being shipped back by Fed Ex. No complaints with this company at all. Very good customer service.”
