“When the fog lights showed up to my door, the housing on the passenger side fog light was slightly cracked possibly from shipping. There was not much padding to help soften blows inside the box and the fog lights were loose in the box.”
“No stars. I ordered a 2017-2019 Honda CRV Tail Light Passenger Right Side. I took the tail light out of the box and saw it was severely cracked. I immediately submitted a return request but it has been a week and a half since then and I have not heard back from the company. I do not see a number on the website to call. This is terrible customer service and I would advise against ordering from this company if we cannot get ahold of them for a time-sensitive piece of equipment that I can get pulled over for having a broken light.
The packaging was also nonsufficient. The light was in one thin plastic bag and there was no cushioning or bubble wrap as there should be.
Update- it is June 5, and I still have not heard from the company.”
