“I emailed and called to cancel my order when originally place and received no call back or response via email. I returned the item day after I received it with RA received from your website. It has been nearly 3 weeks and still no refund or reply from your co. But yet I got a product review request. Doesn’t seem logical. Hoping someone calls me with a status update soon. Like today!”
“The part came damaged I emailed the sender and all he said paint it except the part doesn’t go painted now I’m still waiting for them to respond back but they haven’t I been waiting since April 15 2023 and still nothing I will be disputing it with my bank

“I received the tail light I had ordered and it was cracked and broken on one end. I sent a return request and got a note saying the part is not returnable. This company has no phone number and now 2 weeks later have not returned any emails. Thank God I bought it using PayPal. Do not buy anything from JPAUTO.”
