“I never received my item , it was missing and was never replaced. Customer service takes days to respond. I got a response back about every 72 hours and problem still wasn’t solved.”
“Had no issue with the parts it was the shipping that wasn't happy with when search the part it said 2 day then I clicked the add it said 4 days then I ordered them out took almost 2 weeks”
“This plastic, no paint required part, was shipped in a box that required the part to be folded into 3 sections. The instructions were followed to "Straighten" the part but at each fold line, the plastic turned white and did not recover it's original black color. Complaints were not answered. It was stated that the folding was done to lower shipping costs. I told them I would pay extra to ship the part unfolded, but no reply.”
