“It is definitely the correct headlight. Just make sure you are able to save all the electrical components from the old light because this doesn’t have any of them. It doesn’t have the HID bulb either. So if you think this is cheap, that’s why.”
“Are you kidding? Worst service ever. They sent me two different headlights. I sent the wrong one back, along with an email that was never returned. They never sent a replacement part or an explanation. I did get a patial refund for an amount that was never explained. The amount was slightly in my favor so I just gave up and ordered from somebody else.”
“They were very accommodating. I didn't realize the part would come usps for which my address has to be my PO box. The item was returned and they handled it very promptly. I just wish when putting in the order, it would state which type of address to use to avoid this kind of situation.”
“On the right taillight the lower light socket will not allow the bulb to be tightened so the bulb does not connect with the contacts so the bulb doesn't work.”
“Recieved the wrong mirror. Sent me a Ford F1-50 mirror way too big and definitely does not fit a ford contour. No where in the description said anything about a ford f150. Said was guaranteed to fit a ford contour 1998-2001. Tried to return it and everytime i would attempt to fill out the form page reloads and starts me over and wont submit the form. Tried calling and contacting for a refund or return and they never responded. I want my money back at this point I have no choice but to resell it and hope to find a buyer. I desperately needed this mirror and do not have the time or money to waste.”
