“Mirror arrived really fast, so no complaints there. The mirror housing itself is indistinguishable from the original mirror. The only problem was discovered when I had it installed and took a drive. Unfortunately the actual field of view is much different than the OEM Toyota mirror, so cars look much further away on the replacement. This isn’t a huge deal, but it’s quite disorienting when glancing between both mirrors.”
“The Driver side headlight will not adjust; and after multiple attempts to reach someone to exchange it; all I have received is an email saying it is "under review. " It has been 3 weeks and still nothing. Very unhappy with this place and there is no phone number to call.”
“Big disappointment -- both from the perspective of the quality of the lights and the delivery. One of the 4 light bulb holes (2 on each side) was smaller than the other 3 and would not accommodate my new bulbs. I had to drill out the -- which obviously made a mess of plastic shavings inside the lens. The overall quality of the unit was much cheaper than the one that it replaced. Regarding shipping, I ordered them with an anticipated delivery date of Wednesday -- which I needed so I would have them in time for the weekend to install. On Tuesday, I received notice that they would not arrive until the following week. I would have bought them from someone else if I had known that they would not arrive in time.”
“The adjuster screw doesn’t work and JP Auto will not replace it or even respond back poor business should’ve went to parts geek but I want to save $13 bucks I’ll know better next time.”
