“I received the tail light I had ordered and it was cracked and broken on one end. I sent a return request and got a note saying the part is not returnable. This company has no phone number and now 2 weeks later have not returned any emails. Thank God I bought it using PayPal. Do not buy anything from JPAUTO.”
“Wrong item. does not fit even though their site says it would fit. Then no way to communicate with them. I returned the item fed-ex and still have not received my money back. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION!!!!”
