I ordered a mirror for my 2001 Toyota Avalon, and received the wrong mirror. Returned the mirror (in the package provided by JP Auto) - still haven't received a refund on my Amex. The mirror was returned (with confirmation) to JP auto on March 28, 2023 with confirmation- it's now May 16th - STILL NO REFUND! Now have to dispute with Amex. Definitely don't recommend this company.

One of the lights was broken and the replacement they sent is a different brand from the first. Is there even quality control?

It came broken in the box and the company JP Auto has been unresponsive except to ask for this review so…here ya go!

Product does not fit 2019 model. The electrical connector is different. Filed for a refund and awaiting refund after shipping product back.

The parts work and look great, but the shipping was delayed 5 times and JP Auto was never available to repair the shipment issues, no direct phone number to customer service!??? No fast answers to emails, just beyond frustrating waiting on parts the website showed in-stock. Wasn't provided tracking number until last minute, really poor customer service. Won't order again.

Took a couple days longer to get to me than expected but they communicated well with me. Product IS excellent! Literally bolt on, plug in. Can't tell any difference in appearance or performance from OEM.

Fit like it should connector was a lttle different. Had to use the old one.

Was not stated if it was for hatchback or not. Ended up with wrong headlight.
