“I ordered a mirror for my 2001 Toyota Avalon, and received the wrong mirror. Returned the mirror (in the package provided by JP Auto) - still haven't received a refund on my Amex. The mirror was returned (with confirmation) to JP auto on March 28, 2023 with confirmation- it's now May 16th - STILL NO REFUND!
Now have to dispute with Amex.
Definitely don't recommend this company.”
“The parts work and look great, but the shipping was delayed 5 times and JP Auto was never available to repair the shipment issues, no direct phone number to customer service!??? No fast answers to emails, just beyond frustrating waiting on parts the website showed in-stock. Wasn't provided tracking number until last minute, really poor customer service. Won't order again.”
“Took a couple days longer to get to me than expected but they communicated well with me. Product IS excellent! Literally bolt on, plug in. Can't tell any difference in appearance or performance from OEM.”
