“This plastic, no paint required part, was shipped in a box that required the part to be folded into 3 sections. The instructions were followed to "Straighten" the part but at each fold line, the plastic turned white and did not recover it's original black color. Complaints were not answered. It was stated that the folding was done to lower shipping costs. I told them I would pay extra to ship the part unfolded, but no reply.”
“I purchased this product November 9. It is now December 3. And it still hasn't arrived. Awful wait
In another week I'm just going to dispute the charge. Unbelievable”
