“The headlights fit perfectly. The problem I had was they were supposed to come with the bulbs. Imagine my disappointment when there were no bulbs! The company blamed the manufacturer and that may be the case,but ultimately it should be JP Auto that should make sure the customer is sold what is represented. They did offer me a $20 credit to keep them. So I'm afraid I can not recommend them, JP Auto.”
“JP Auto customer service is EXCELLENT. But not this Grill. I wish they carried another brand other than YCC for my E450, but they didn't. This one had an area with aberrations that was cosmetically unacceptable. But there were other problems too. Along the edge where the chrome meets meets the plastic the edge was not well sealed, so you knew bubbling would occur over time as mosture worked its way in. That is what happened to OEM grill after six years, but this one it would occur even faster.”

Of the parts needed but found JP AUTO to have a very poor return process and policy. They would only refund 50% of the money paid. They issued a bogus telephone number, so I could not call.

“When i took it to my auto guy that was going to fix my truck, the fender was Soo many times folded. I could not use it. I ended up having to pay him for another fender. Not happy at all. I just gave him to keep. what could l do with it.!!”
