“Had to modify to install on my ‘85 model. It has the inside scare clips on body of truck. Had to talk a cut off wheel and cut the screw clips off the tail lights plus the extra plastic where they are off to get them to go in deep enough. Then drill holes in n the inner plastic flange. Got them in but what should have been a ten minute job took two hours. Theyy y changed body style in ‘88. Beware anyone buying these for ‘85-‘87. Look for tail lights just for those models. If you have a ‘88-‘93 they would probably be fine. These NOT for ‘85-‘88 without serious modifications.”
“I will say, they were quick to send out a part to me. I needed the passenger side part and they sent me the driver's side part.
Instead of sending me the correct part, they want me to do the work and find it locally. I am not sure why they cannot just send me the correct part, it is not that hard.”
“So far having a tough time. Right light is perfect. Left one doesn’t fit well. All I get when I try to resolve this issue is a response from what I think is a chatbot. It’s totally ignorant of what I’m requesting. I’m not a happy camper.”
