“Although it was a good price I received a plain box shipping that was promised on the 31st of aug at purchase then didn't get it till the 5th of sept it was wrapped in tissue paper the box was beat to all hell when I received it and then when I went to put it in realized because of garbage shipping I was barely able to fix it and buff it out to where the belt barely fit on it after an hour of reshaping and buffing out the bent metal and I'll be lucky if I dont have to replace the belt every 5000 miles because of it being so chewed. But was able to use it after getting it a week late, having to beat it back to shape, buff it out and put it on so there is that but I can say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting to fix anything in a hurry unless you want to pay double to rush ship it but even then better hope the delivery guy gives a damn that day or you're reshipping it any ways!!!”
“Received reflector for driver side instead of passenger side which I ordered. Item is not returnable and business will not send correct item unless I take it to a car repair shop and confirm it is wrong item, despite photos clearly showing it is for the wrong side. Cannot do that until daughter comes home from college with car. I guess I should have had my husband write the email asking to send the correct item and maybe they would have believed a man. (-.-)”
“These lights are great. They appear to be made of good quality plastic, they fit directly into my 2001 1500, and they were very easy to install. One note, is that the bulbs they came with are not the brightest. I'd receommend going with an aftermarket bulb from AutoZone or O'Reilly instead.
Other than that, they worked out very well, they were a great price and they were delivered on time. No complaints from me.”

One mirror was sent to my old address with a confirmation that went to an email no longer used. That mirror was purchased without an understanding that there was a restock fee. When I realized that I might not have been able to retrieve that mirror, I was forced to order a second one..”

“The connector plug did not match what was on my 1987 truck. It has a three wire, because of the turn signal, the part ordered was two wire. I promptly submitted a reurn and have never received a reply. I notice the website did not have a phone number listed - big red flag, will not be ordering nothing again from JP auto.”
