“I took my entire front end apart only to find out that the headlights that they said were for my year were the wrong parts.They did have a easy return.But have not received the reimbursement yet but it was just sent a few days ago.”
“I received two different color lights. One orange and the other was yellow. I returned them and was issued a credit fo less than I paid. I would not recommend this company because they do not stand by the refund polcy they promote.”
“The headlights were fine, the issue was paying $250+ for expedited shipping just for them to arrive days late when the $14 standard shipping would have arrived faster. Fedex had told me the company needs to file for the money back guarantee since JP was the one to directly pay Fedex. They refused to do so and kept going in circles over email. They would not call me or provide a phone number. I honestly believe after seeing their awful reviews on the Better Business Bureau that the shipping through fedex was way less than they charged, or that they did get refunded through Fedex and are pocketing it. Either way I recommend buying somewhere else. They delete negative reviews and customer support is awful.”
