“The mirror I received was wrong, I returned the mirror and have not been reimbursed for it. I would like the correct mirror but there has not be any contact with me regarding this issue.”
“The Ford Ranger lightbulbs did not fit smoothly into the new tail lights. The tail lights had extra bits of plastic that had to be filed down before the bulbs could be inserted and twisted in place. It seemed like a step in the manufacturing process had been skipped. If the tail lights, once removed from their molds, had been cleaned of excess plastic, the installation would have been a breeze. Unfortunately thus miss step caused unneccessary frustration and extra cost to find and fix the problem.”
“I was unable to use the product ordered. I returned it and was surprised to get not the full refund but only got a $4.96 refund which was not what I paid. The regular price was $23,99 + tax. Thanks”
“The fitment is fine and the units look exactly like the original, as they say they are OEM... However, both assemblies had condensation in them in less than 24 hours! That goes away with a hairdryer. I plan to put a bit of clear silicone around the front edge seal areas of the assemblies to slow down the condensation hopefully. But this is quite frustrating. Especially as it cost $700.00 to have the new assemblies installed by a certified Audi Mechanic.
You get what you pay for. Audi Parts directly are $1632.00 each!!!”
