“Everything about my ketomojo kit is great with one exception. I ordered new ketone test strips and the monitor is not reading the chip to recognize the new lot number. It consistently gives me the e-2 error. My strips are not expired. I am still able to get readings but I have to bypass the error and hope the readings are accurate.”
