“For the elderly, with perhaps the slightest of hand tremors, the strips are poorly packaged. Difficult to open and manuver. Reconsider the packaging of these strips. Likewise, the lancet. You should offer a spring loaded lancet as an option.”

“The first batch of strips had 6 defective glucose strips. But all the keytone strips were fine, as were the lancets and pads. Somehow I thought 120 test strips would last me a month. Not realizing I would be testing 4 times a day at first and that I had 6 bad strips. I reordered after 2 week, the delivery time from the manufacturer was soooo slow I ran out of glucose strips. When they gave me the expected delivery date I went to testing ketones only twice a day and finally once a day. The day before I ordered the strips from Amazon and they were delivered the next day!”
